Last week, I attended a photography conference in Washington. As part of the conference, I took a location workshop at a Virginia plantation where we photographed some Civil War reenactors.
One of the workshop leaders was Joe McNally, a photographer whose work I greatly admire. Joe has done something like 30 National Geographic articles and has been published in numerous other magazines. Joe is pictured here. He’s a terrific teacher with a great sense of humor.
More of the reenactors below. Have you noticed yet that everyone is turning to camera left? Maybe because the shooter is left handed?
Working both in the studio and on location, photographer Blake Robinson serves the Connecticut communities of Darien, New Canaan, Stamford, Norwalk, Westport and Greenwich.
